CMS Basketball Schedule and Results 2016

Games start at 3:15pm

6th/7th grade boys/girls games are played on the outside basketball courts; 8th grade boys/girls games are played in the gym

CMS After-School Sports

We will be participating in a sports league with Ruth Musser Middle School and Rancho Cucamonga Middle School to offer girls and boys soccer in the fall, girls and boys basketball in the winter and girls and boys track in the spring! We look forward to having sports at CMS! Students must be eligible to participate in sports using the criteria below:

(1) GPA of less than 2.0                                                                 

(2) one or more "F" grades                       

(3) 30 or more demerits

Students must meet all school obligations in order to be eligible to participate (actively or as a spectator) in activities (sports, clubs, dances, assemblies, selected field trips, end-of-the-year activities including the promotion ceremony).  Students lose eligibility for these reasons:

It is also highly recommended that students interested in trying out for the soccer, basketball and/or track team join Fit Club (Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30-7:15am) to condition before the season begins.

Fit Club Committment to Health and Welness

Fit Club is a program that encourages students to stay active and promotes healthy lifestyle choices. Students learn to cook healthy recipes monthly. Fit Club is advised by Mrs. Loring and Mr. Ross. The club meets Tuesday mornings from 6:30am-7:15am at the front steps and Thursdays after school from 2:45pm-4:00pm on the blacktop.
